The challenge

With a reactive approach to talent acquisition, lean HR team, and inefficient recruitment processes, our client’s reliance on agencies to meet both day-to-day and peak hiring requirements meant unsustainably high recruitment costs, and aging requisitions (300+ days) impacting business performance. With no centralised system to match potential candidates, and low brand recognition in the local South Korea market, our client came to Robert Walters looking to resolve immediate talent challenges and embed a sustainable recruitment programme for the long-term.
