導入マネージャー/ Implementation Manager
A global corporate travel solutions company is looking for an Implementation Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end client implementation projects, configure technology solutions, manage stakeholder coordination, and ensure successful client onboarding and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end client implementation projects from kick-off through go-live and post-implementation for national, regional, and global clients
- Create and maintain implementation project plans and blueprint documents in Wrike, tracking deliverables, milestones, risks, and timelines
- Configure and test online booking tools such as Concur and Cytric, and proprietary systems including Platform and Profile Management
- Conduct user acceptance testing, manage data mapping, profile integrations, and content alignment
- Manage change control and escalation processes to protect project scope, quality, and budget
- Coordinate training, deployment, and handover to Account Management, Operations, and Support teams
- Support automation and API-enabled integrations between client systems and internal tools
- Maintain accurate project records, KPI tracking, and compliance with global processes
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate travel or technology implementation
- Experience implementing Concur, Cytric, or other online booking tools with system configuration and client-facing deployment
- Strong project management background
- Technical aptitude with familiarity in GDS, web services, XML, data integration, and SSO environments
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across markets with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools including Wrike, Jira, and Smartsheet
- Professional level Japanese (JLPT N1 or BJT J1+); business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Possess a valid PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
