Javaエンジニア/ Java Engineer

A multinational eCommerce company is looking for a Java Engineer. The selected candidate will develop, deploy, and support business-critical applications while improving system architecture and exploring emerging technologies. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications across the SDLC
• Manage production support, monitoring, maintenance, and rollback procedures
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and global teams
• Identify system improvements and optimise technical architecture
• Research AI tools and emerging technologies to support innovation initiatives

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of software development experience
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Prior experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
