A large global company is currently looking for a Senior AI &Backend Engineer.

　　Location：Hyogo

　　Overtime Hours：Less than 15 hours per month

　　Salary： (Can negotiate) Up to 8.4mil + Over time・Depends on your skill

　　Working days：Monday to Friday

　　Working Hours：9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours actual working hours/ 60-minute break)

　　Holidays：Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

　　Remote Work：2 times a week

Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design & Technical Leadership (40%)
  • Design AI solution architectures and make key technology selection decisions
  • Design systems leveraging AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, and related technologies
  • Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LLM orchestration, AI agents, and prompt engineering solutions
  • Develop and maintain POC accelerators and reusable templates, including evaluation harnesses
  • Make technical Go/No-Go decisions while evaluating trade-offs against business value
  • Conduct architecture reviews with a focus on security, cost optimization, and scalability
• Hands-on Development & POC Delivery (40%)
  • Independently develop proof-of-concept (POC) solutions for ad hoc projects using rapid development cycles
  • Implement backend services and AI capabilities using Python and other relevant technologies
  • Develop LLM integrations, vector database solutions, and prompt engineering implementations
  • Establish production-ready code quality standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
• Mentoring & Team Enablement (15%)
  • Provide technical mentoring and code reviews for junior engineers
  • Strengthen team capabilities through pair programming and architecture/design reviews
  • Define and promote engineering best practices and coding standards
• Stakeholder Collaboration (5%)
  • Partner with Business Analysts (BAs) to validate the technical feasibility of business requirements
  • Present technical proposals and solution recommendations to business stakeholders and executive leadership
    

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer and/or Backend Engineer
• Proven experience designing, building, and operating production systems on AWS
• Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI solutions, including RAG, LLMs, chatbots, AI agents, and related technologies
• Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers
• End-to-end experience delivering solutions from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment
