プログラムマネージャー/ Program Manager

A renowned enterprise software company is looking for a Program Manager, FDE and Solutions. The selected candidate will lead client delivery, partner, go-to-market, and organisational programs from planning to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end program plans across client delivery, from scoping and POCs to pilots and production
• Drive delivery governance, milestone tracking, RAID management, value realisation, and executive reporting
• Align delivery commitments with sales scope and partner contributions while surfacing risks early
• Manage partner programs across co-sell, co-delivery, co-innovation, governance, onboarding, and enablement
• Orchestrate GTM programs, pipeline cadence, launch readiness, revenue tracking, QBRs, reviews, and forecasting
• Coordinate local HR, Finance, hiring, budgeting, procurement, and people operations programs with delivery priorities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience instrumenting programs with modern tooling, dashboards, and data
• Background in program-managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs spanning delivery, commercial, and internal operations (enterprise software, consulting, or regulated industries like financial services is ideal)
• Excellent program management skills (governance, planning, dependency/risk management, and executive communication)
• Proficient in partnering with FDEs and engineering on GenAI / agentic
  concepts, deployment lifecycles, and enterprise architecture
• Business level English and Japanese
