プログラムマネージャー/ Program Manager

An international technology company is looking for a Program Manager. The selected candidate will manage ServiceNow implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, oversee solution delivery processes, and support IT service transformation initiatives. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary representative of business requirements within IT organisations and delivery teams
• Collaborate with business users, developers, solution architects, and customers to capture and validate business processes and functional requirements
• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of ServiceNow implementation projects from requirement gathering through deployment and post-go-live support
• Serve as a subject matter expert for delivered functionalities and provide L3 support insights to production support teams
• Manage project risks, escalate issues, and collaborate with Product Owners on mitigation plans
• Create and deliver documentation including End User Training, Key User Training, and support knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with regional customer transition teams and pre-sales architects to review pipelines and develop implementation roadmaps
• Partner with Technical Solution Architects to validate project scope, technical feasibility, and budget alignment
• Develop and maintain project governance documentation including milestone plans, RACI, stakeholder communication plans, and risk registers
• Ensure alignment with ITIL v3 and v4 service delivery processes and coordinate smooth operational transitions

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience in project management, programme management, business analysis, or solution delivery roles within IT services
• Experience delivering ServiceNow projects or similar ITSM and ITOM transformation programmes
• Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 and v4 frameworks
• Understanding of project lifecycle management, change management, and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage techno-functional discussions including system integration and platform design reviews
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and training materials
• Experience working with cross-regional teams and Japanese clients
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, or ITOM
• Possess a valid ServiceNow certification
• Possess a valid ITIL certification
