A global company is currently looking for a Senior AI DX Business Analyst.

　　Location：Hyogo

　　Overtime Hours：Less than 15 hours per month

　　Salary： (Can negotiate) Up to 8.4mil + Over time / Depends on your skill

　　Working days：Monday to Friday

　　Working Hours：9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours actual working hours/ 60-minute break)

　　Holidays：Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

　　Remote Work：2 times a week

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Product Improvement (70%)
  • Identify AI/DX opportunities and gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to align on requirements and define solutions
  • Recommend product enhancements based on user feedback, feature usage, and business value
  • Communicate requirements to AI and engineering teams, create user stories, and manage the product backlog
  • Identify business challenges and drive continuous improvement through data analysis
• AI Adoption & Enablement (30%)
  • Plan and facilitate workshops to promote AI adoption across the organization
  • Present use cases and best practices for Generative AI technologies, including ChatGPT, RAG, and LLMs
  • Research AI implementation case studies and provide AI consulting to business teams
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation
  • Foster knowledge sharing, establish AI best practices, and support organization-wide adoption

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager.
• Experience in requirements gathering and definition for IT projects
• Proven experience in stakeholder management
• Experience delivering presentations and facilitating workshops
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and specification documentation skills
• Product mindset with the ability to identify problems as well as propose practical solutions and product improvements
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation in Japanese
• Basic English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multinational team environment
• *N2 level of Japanese is required*
