ネットワーク運用担当官/ Network Operations Officer

An international technology company is looking for an On-Premises & Network Operations Officer. The selected candidate will support on-premises infrastructure and network operations, manage incident resolution, maintain system availability, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable IT services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 and L2 support for incidents, service requests, and inquiries related to on-premises systems, applications, and network infrastructure
• Perform ticket triage, troubleshooting, investigation, escalation, and resolution in accordance with ITSM processes and service level agreements
• Monitor system and network alerts and respond according to operational procedures
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and problem management activities
• Maintain the availability, performance, and security of on-premises infrastructure and network systems
• Manage system configurations, user accounts, access controls, and operational administration tasks
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams during incidents and technical discussions
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, technical procedures, incident reports, and service records

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in operations and maintenance of on-premises systems, application servers, and network devices
• Experience supporting and leading critical incident handling involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes including incident, request, change, and problem management
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot server, network, operating system, and application-level issues
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to dynamic environments

Preferred requirements:

• Experience preparing client-facing documentation, incident reports, and presentations
• Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Zabbix, and Prometheus
• Basic understanding of Azure and cloud concepts
• Business level English
