セールスエンジニア / Sales Engineer
A global technology company is looking for a Sales Engineer. The selected candidate will support enterprise customers through technical evaluations, product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution consulting to drive digital transformation initiatives. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Support Account Executives during customer evaluations by answering technical questions, troubleshooting development and configuration issues, and managing escalations
- Build strong technical relationships with customer teams across various levels
- Communicate the value of products through presentations, live and online demonstrations, and other engagement channels
- Manage technical proof of concepts both on-site and remotely
- Collaborate on custom product demonstrations to support the sales cycle
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product Management and Engineering teams
- Represent the company at field events for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to marketing activities including blogs, webinars, and product knowledge promotion
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in SaaS sales with enterprise customers in Technical Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, or Functional or Technical Consultant roles
- Experience with SaaS applications and services such as Salesforce, Concur, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Cybozu, or Raku-Raku Seikatsu
- Experience building and presenting demo environments for technical and executive audiences
- Ability to analyse complex technical information and communicate effectively with different audiences
- Strong understanding of enterprise technologies and business context
- Ability to work on-site three days per week
- Native level Japanese; business level English
