テクニカルアカウントマネージャー/ Technical Account Manager

A global data resilience and cybersecurity technology company is looking for a Technical Account Manager. The selected candidate will lead technical consulting engagements, manage customer projects, and deliver data protection and availability solutions while collaborating closely with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of professional services engagements
• Support solution design, implementation planning, and effort estimation
• Deliver implementation and consulting services aligned with data protection solutions
• Manage project schedules, stakeholder communication, and project execution
• Troubleshoot post-implementation issues and optimise customer environments
• Develop technical documentation and best practices
• Deliver customer training and knowledge transfer sessions
• Support pre-sales activities and identify opportunities to expand solutions
• Act as a liaison between customers and technical support teams
• Drive continuous improvement of technical processes and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Hands-on experience with backup and data protection technologies
• Understanding of storage and backup architectures including NetApp, Dell, and HPE
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and backup or disaster recovery best practices
• Experience in consulting, implementation, or project delivery
• Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
• Business level Japanese; conversational level English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid relevant certifications such as VMware or Microsoft certifications
