A multinational award-winning media company is looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager. The selected candidate will drive client engagement, renewals, retention, revenue growth, and customer experience initiatives. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen client relationships and drive contract renewals
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue
• Share usage insights and customer trends with sales teams
• Negotiate renewal pricing and prepare quotes and order forms
• Lead onboarding, training, consulting, and CX initiatives
• Manage adoption, retention, NPS improvement, events, and CRM updates

Requirements:

• Experience in software account management
• Background in reaching retention targets and growing a Book of Business
• Excellent CRM skills
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in trade/logistics or tax solutions
