プリセールスソリューションアーキテクト/ Pre-Sales Solution Architect

A global technology solutions company is looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Architect. The selected candidate will design scalable SaaS architectures, engage with customers on digital transformation initiatives, and collaborate with regional and global teams to drive platform adoption and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and consultation to customers and internal teams
• Define solution, integration, and technical architecture directions for customer implementation programmes
• Apply software architecture best practices for system design
• Collaborate with global product, engineering, and Japan sales teams
• Lead customer presentations and define customer journey use cases
• Support application development and integration initiatives
• Drive platform adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
• Engage with customers to define front-end system transformation strategies and customer experience improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline
• More than 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture and customer-facing roles
• Strong background in enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and cloud technologies
• Experience with SaaS and cloud services
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Exposure to emerging computing trends and enterprise design principles
• Possess a valid TOGAF certification
• Possess valid public cloud certifications in AWS, GCP, Azure, or Kubernetes
