A global financial information and analytics company is looking for a Relationship Manager, Market Intelligence. The successful candidate will manage relationships with financial institutions, drive client retention and revenue growth, develop strategic account plans, and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with financial institutions across domestic and overseas business
• Drive revenue growth through client retention, price negotiations, and new business referrals
• Build and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with sales teams, relationship managers, and product specialists
• Conduct diagnostic conversations to identify usage opportunities, expand the user base, and uncover new service opportunities
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders across multiple organisational levels
• Gather competitive intelligence and monitor product offerings
• Translate client feedback into actionable strategies for new business and competitive risk mitigation
• Monitor the renewal pipeline using Salesforce.com
• Coordinate with order management, product, legal, and finance teams to execute renewals and deliver client solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in the financial industry in client-facing or analytical roles
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience negotiating client terms and pricing
• Financial modelling background and corporate finance knowledge
• International work experience or exposure to diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with data vendor services
• Possess a valid CFA, CPA, or MBA qualification
