営業リーダー/ Sales Leader
A global materials manufacturer is looking for a Sales Leader. The selected candidate will drive sector sales performance, ensure business process compliance, and support team development across assigned markets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive zero-accident safety practices across daily operations
- Achieve variable margin targets for the tyre sector in assigned markets
- Deliver volume targets for the tyre sector in line with budget goals
- Meet variable margin targets for the MRG sector
- Manage business process compliance across CRM, pricing, contracts, distributors, and planning activities
- Support team development through training, e-learning, and approved learning projects
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- More than 15 years of professional experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Possess valid driver’s licence and passport
- Ability and willingness to travel locally and overseas
- Proficient in English
