A renowned manufacturing company in the beauty and lifestyle sector is looking for a Partnership & Marketing Coordinator. The selected candidate will source cosmetic brands, manage partner campaigns, and track performance to improve future collaborations.

Responsibilities:

• Source cosmetic products aligned with monthly themes and brand positioning
• Identify beauty market trends, emerging brands, and new partnership opportunities
• Build and manage relationships with local and international beauty partners
• Coordinate partner communication from onboarding to campaign delivery
• Lead kick-off meetings to align deliverables, timelines, and expectations
• Track campaign performance and share key insights for future improvements

Requirements:

• Knowledge of marketing / eCommerce and performance KPIs
• Familiarity with of brand storytelling and digital campaigns
• Proficient in Japanese and English
