MC/EDS/OES フィールドサービスマネージャー/ MC/EDS/OES Field Service Manager

A multinational biotechnology company is looking for a MC/EDS/OES Field Service Manager. The selected candidate will oversee nationwide field service operations, strengthen team capability, improve service performance, and ensure responsive customer support across multiple product groups.

Responsibilities:

• Lead nationwide field service teams across MC, EDS, and OES product groups
• Drive service revenue, contract performance, engineer utilisation, response times, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate resources, prioritise service cases, and ensure timely support for critical customer issues
• Build customer relationships and manage escalations across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, metal processing, and semiconductor accounts
• Develop engineers, strengthen team structure, and improve capability, engagement, safety, and service quality
• Collaborate with distributors, service partners, commercial teams, technical support, and global stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, or a related technical domain is a plus
• Experience managing field service engineers, technical service teams, or engineering teams
• Prior experience managing engineers for products or technologies outside one’s own direct technical expertise
• Proven customer-facing experience (manufacturing, industrial, plant control, or other non-research/laboratory customer environments is ideal)
• Background in managing service KPIs (revenue, bookings, service contracts, utilisation, response time, first-time-fix rate, and customer satisfaction)
• Proficient in service management systems, CRM tools, and MS Office Suite
• Possess valid driver’s licence
• Proficient in reading, writing, and spoken English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with OES, MC, EDS, analytical instruments, material characterization products, or X-ray analysis systems
• Prior experience supporting customers in metal processing, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor industries
• Proven experience managing distributor service operations or outsourced service engineers
• Understanding of safety, quality systems, and compliance requirements related to analytical instruments, high-voltage systems, or X-ray-related products
