テクニカルサポートエンジニア/ Technical Support Engineer

A global industrial products manufacturer is looking for a Technical Support Engineer. The selected candidate will support product specification projects by coordinating with customers, headquarters, and regional teams to secure product and technical approvals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage spec-in projects for industrial product applications
• Meet with customers to gather technical requirements and project details
• Translate and relay customer information to headquarters
• Provide technical input to support product, specification, and test method approvals
• Coordinate application-related information with regional and internal teams
• Track project progress to support successful specification adoption

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemicals or engineering
• Understanding of analytical and mechanical test methods though studies and research in university or on the job
• Professional level Japanese and reading, written, and spoken English
