エンジニアリング営業/ Engineering Sales

A global motor vehicle manufacturing company is looking for an Engineering Sales professional. The selected candidate will manage technical sales, customer engagement, project coordination, RFQ activities, and business development for automotive customers.

Responsibilities:

• Present technical solutions, product capabilities, and engineering proposals to customers
• Coordinate feasibility reviews, design discussions, product demonstrations, and validation activities
• Collaborate with program management, quality, purchasing, and manufacturing teams on project launches
• Manage relationships with Japanese OEMs and key customer stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, competitor activity, and customer strategies
• Lead RFQ activities, prepare quotations, track sales pipelines, and support business reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or related domain (Master’s degree is ideal)
• More than 5 years of experience in application engineering technical sales or product engineering
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working with Japanese OEMs
• Prior experience in automotive electronics, mechatronics, access systems, or related technologies
