営業マネージャー/ Sales Manager
A foreign automotive electronics company is looking for a Sales Manager. The chosen applicant will drive sales growth by managing OEM accounts, executing go-to-market strategies, and achieving revenue targets. This is a remote position that requires travel within Japan
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow OEM accounts in Japan
- Develop account plans, prioritise opportunities, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM
- Execute the go-to-market strategy by balancing direct engagement and channel support
- Build strong relationships with engineering and sourcing teams, and deliver technical presentations with FAEs
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure timely support and delivery
- Report KPIs and performance metrics regularly
- Manage new business opportunities (NBO) and pricing using the LFBC system
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is preferred)
- More than 7 years of OEM sales experience in industrial markets
- 10-7 years in regional sales management roles
- 5-3 years of experience leading sales members/teams
- Proven ability to manage mid-tier OEM accounts and drive growth in emerging markets
- Strong understanding of Datacenters, BESS, EV Charging, and Industrial Automation applications
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Expertise in direct, multi-technology selling to Industrial OEM customers
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Professional level Japanese and English
