自動車販売アカウントマネージャー/ Auto Sales Account Manager
A multinational automotive technology organisation is seeking an Account Manager for its Performance Sensing Automotive business. The selected candidate will drive long-term sales growth, manage customer relationships, lead business development activities, and achieve sales targets across assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the direct sales process and achieve sales targets
- Manage relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Conduct visits to current and potential clients
- Perform routine account management activities
- Prepare short-term and long-term sales plans and strategies
- Utilise marketing programmes to achieve nominated targets
- Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service
- Report business updates and share information with management in a timely manner
- Research customer, market, and technology information to support business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 2-6 years of experience in sales account management or related field
- More than 3 years of experience in automotive systems or components in Sales, Program Management, or related functions
- Understanding of the typical automotive business flow
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of JOEM and major Japanese Tier suppliers
- Strong motivation to achieve or exceed sales targets and pursue new business opportunities
- Ability and willingness to travel within and outside Japan
- Ability to work flexibly across office, home, and remote environments
- Business level English
