プロダクトスペシャリスト/ Product Specialist

An international automotive solutions company is looking for a Product Specialist. The selected candidate will manage cooling product portfolios, provide technical support, coordinate quality activities, and support internal and customer-facing product initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cooling product portfolios for the local market and marine applications
• Coordinate with regional and global partners on product availability, specifications, and lifecycle activities
• Provide technical and application support for cooling products
• Support the resolution of technical issues and optimise product performance
• Coordinate quality investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for product issues
• Support the preparation of technical documentation, training materials, and product information
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability development
• Provide technical support for sales activities and customer discussions
• Assist customers in understanding product capabilities and application requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive cooling and air conditioning systems
• Experience in refrigeration systems applications
• Experience in product management, product engineering, or lifecycle management
• Experience in product quality management including field issue handling, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of product functionality and applications within cooling systems
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in marine or specialised cooling applications
• Possess a valid refrigerant handling certification
