プロジェクトファイナンス＆トレジャリー/ Project Finance & Treasury

A leading energy company is looking for a Project Finance & Treasury professional. The selected candidate will manage project finance operations, treasury activities, lender communication, cash flow management, and compliance across multiple project SPVs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage post-closing project financing across multiple SPVs
• Maintain communication and relationship management with Japanese and non-Japanese lenders
• Manage waiver requests, covenant tracking, and refinancing processes
• Manage drawdowns, repayments, debt service, and fee payments
• Monitor financial covenants and reporting obligations
• Coordinate lender reporting and compliance certificates
• Liaise with lenders, agents, trustees, and internal teams
• Support financial close, refinancing, and financing amendments
• Manage day-to-day cash flows across SPVs and holding entities
• Execute and monitor project finance cash waterfall processes
• Track short-term liquidity and funding requirements

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in treasury, project finance, or banking
• Experience with Japanese banks and project finance documentation
• Strong understanding of cash flow management and SPV structures
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in energy or infrastructure projects
• Experience with Japanese project finance lenders
• Experience working in project or portfolio companies
