AR/トレジャリーマネージャー/ AR/Treasury Manager

An international supply chain solutions company is seeking an AR/Treasury Manager. The selected candidate will manage AR and treasury operations, lead a team, oversee financial reporting, and support audits and closing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly and annual financial closing procedures
• Manage AR and treasury operations while supervising a team of four members
• Coordinate external and internal audit processes
• Prepare and deliver financial reports to the parent company
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to execute AR, AP, treasury, and tax-related tasks
• Support job rotation initiatives across accounting functions including AR, AP, treasury, and tax
• Ensure accurate execution of accounting tasks in line with company-defined responsibilities
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and system transitions
• Monitor and support financial system implementation and upgrades
• Maintain compliance with internal accounting standards and reporting requirements
• Oversee team performance and ensure effective task delegation and execution

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in statutory accounting
• Experience in annual closing operations
• Experience in team management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the food or logistics industry
• Experience with accounting system transitions and new system implementations
• Professional level English
