金融ビジネスアナリスト/ Finance Business Analyst

A multinational FMCG company is looking for a Finance Business Analyst. The selected candidate will manage financial reporting, forecasting, performance analysis, and finance business partnering across key functions. This is a direct contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Support financial reporting, planning, analysis, and ad hoc projects
• Prepare financial information for local and regional management
• Manage rolling forecasts and monthly P&L analysis
• Develop consolidated narratives and insights for reporting presentations
• Partner with supply chain, human resources, and accounting on cost analysis
• Use business intelligence tools to evaluate COGS and SG&A performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2-3 years of experience in the finance/corporate planning (FP&A) or accounting functions
• Experience in a multi-national corporation and/or overseas (working or studying)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level spoken and written Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Skilled in ERP
• Understanding of BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau etc.)
