価格分析担当者/ Pricing Analyst

A multinational eye care and medical device company is looking for a Pricing Analyst. The selected candidate will analyse pricing and commercial performance, support pricing strategy implementation, and provide data-driven insights to optimise revenue and profitability across the Japan business.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of pricing strategies through in-depth analysis
• Analyse and manage revenue across customer tiers and sales channels
• Plan commercial offers and rebate programmes and track implementation with the sales team
• Manage customer pricing and rebate programmes
• Update trade terms based on current agreements, list prices, and reported actuals
• Monitor and update the competitive landscape
• Support reviews of reported data quality, average selling price, and market share analysis
• Provide insights through analysis of internal and external data
• Analyse and track the effectiveness of promotional activities

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in financial management, price management, or pricing analysis
• Experience with Power BI, Power Pivot, ThinkCell, or other business analytics tools
• Experience managing and analysing large and complex datasets and communicating analytical insights clearly
• Experience working across functions and matrix organisations with strong relationship-building skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese

• Business level English
