財務アナリスト/ Financial Analyst

An international technology company is looking for a Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will manage project financial planning, reporting, governance, compliance, and risk control in partnership with project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project financial plans aligned with execution schedules and contract requirements
• Maintain project financial structures, cost models, cash flow reports, and financial status updates
• Monitor project costs, revenue, profit, margins, variances, invoicing, back-charging, hedging, guarantees, and tax matters
• Drive cash flow, revenue, and gross margin optimization with the Project Manager
• Establish project governance processes and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations
• Support risk identification, mitigation tracking, audit actions, business controlling, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-7 years of experience in business or financial controlling
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Understanding of finance & accounting under IFRS and JP GAAP
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Business level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience utilising digitalisation tools (such as Power BI) for data analysis and reporting
• Prior project controlling experience
• Proven SAP experience
