シニア金融アナリスト/ Senior Financial Analyst

An international technology company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis activities to improve operational performance, productivity, and profitability within the Professional Services group. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Professional Services group to build annual business plans and monthly financial forecasts
• Track and report actual results, provide variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions to improve performance
• Measure business effectiveness through financial, operational, and people-related metrics
• Support project accounting and related general ledger activities including accruals, deferrals, releases, and fixed asset accounting
• Assist in the development and deployment of global processes, systems, tools, and metrics for regional Professional Services operations
• Drive operational efficiencies through process improvement and cost optimisation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Japanese financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• More than 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related operational experience
• Experience working in international business environments
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse querying and reporting
• Possess a valid MBA, CPA, or CMA qualification
