AR会計担当/ AR Accountant

An international medical technology company is looking for an AR Accountant. The selected candidate will manage accounting operations across accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, cash management, and month-end closing while ensuring accurate reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable activities including collections, cash application, ageing analysis, credit limit management, invoice processing, sales allowance analysis, and revenue recognition testing
• Manage accounts payable activities including AP processing, expense settlement, accrual accounting, prepaid accounts, and annual payment reporting
• Monitor inventory accounting activities including reserve analysis and freight and storage cost analysis
• Manage fixed asset accounting, physical asset counting, property tax filing, and J GAAP and US GAAP reconciliation
• Perform cash reconciliation, manual general ledger entries, and cash settlement activities
• Support month-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fundamental accounting background
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience in Oracle
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in Oracle
