Head of Financial Controlling

A multinational biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Head of Financial Controlling. The selected candidate will lead financial control, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly closing, financial control systems, and reporting processes
• Maintain accounting and controlling procedures in line with internal policies
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, sales planning, and P&L review activities
• Analyse variances, KPIs, financial results, and spending commitments
• Develop financial models and insights to support business decisions
• Partner with leadership and department heads to improve financial performance and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, or business management is preferred
• 5-10 years working experience as FP&A in multinational company
• Skilled in MS Excel
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry
