内部統制マネージャー/ Internal Control Manager

A global automotive company is seeking an Internal Control Manager. The selected candidate will manage ICFR operations, support audits, monitor compliance, advise on process improvements, and provide financial and tax-related assistance within the department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and carry out overall ICFR operations according to schedule
• Respond to ICFR audits
• Address ICFR issues
• Handle internal consultations regarding ICFR
• Review and monitor ICFR documents, assessments, and reviews
• Advise internally on the continuous improvement of ICFR
• Monitor outsourced performance
• Confirm compliance with internal and external regulations
• Monitor the regulatory environment and respond to regulatory updates
• Verify compliance with group policies regarding internal processes, ESG reporting, and preparation of reports outside of IFRS
• Handle internal and external audits
• Ensure implementation of countermeasures for issues identified in internal audits
• Review findings from the latest internal audit and review existing processes
• Provide tax or financial assistance within the department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics or Commerce
• More than 3 years of experience in internal audit
• More than 2 years of experience in audit work at an audit firm
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC score of 850+)

Preferred requirements:

• More than 3 years of accounting experience
