財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

A global packaging machinery and services company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead finance operations, group reporting, budgeting, treasury, compliance, and internal controls.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, reconciliation, payments, taxes, and closing activities
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate financial statements under Japanese GAAP and Swiss GAAP
• Prepare monthly finance reports and present key insights to local management
• Handle group reporting, data validation, consolidation uploads, and reconciliation with headquarters
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow planning, and working capital management
• Strengthen internal controls, support audits, improve finance processes, and coordinate legal matters when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance and accounting
• 5-10 years of experience in an industrial company or distributor, preferably foreign-owned
• Experience in small/mid-sized foreign organizations
• Prior ERP and reporting tools experience
• Understanding of Japanese accounting and tax
• Native level Japanese; business level English
