会計士/ Accountant

A global power trading company is looking for an Accountant. The selected candidate will support accounting treatment, financial reporting, closing activities, reconciliations, audits, budgeting, and process improvement across trading-related operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records in line with accounting standards, legal requirements, IFRS, and JGAAP considerations
• Execute monthly closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Reconcile transactions between trading management and accounting systems
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
• Support external audits, internal control reviews, and internal audit activities
• Drive budgeting support, business planning, process improvement, and cross-functional accounting alignment

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of practical accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Business level English; professional level Japanese
