Head of Finance

A global automotive company is looking for a Head of Finance. The selected candidate will lead financial reporting, planning, control, risk management, and dealer business support to drive profitable growth. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, reporting, analysis, and regional communication
• Manage budgeting and forecasting to support business planning and financial performance
• Drive revenue management across vehicles, parts, accessories, pricing, discounts, and product mix
• Control cost priorities by balancing urgent needs with long-term expense management
• Oversee internal controls, audits, risk management, insurance, and supply chain-related financial risks
• Support dealer business performance through financial advice, KPI guidance, governance, and investment analysis

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in finance function
• 3-5 years of experience as a Head of Finance/CFO of global company or globally operating Japanese company
• Experience in working multicultural environment
• Prior experience in retail business
• Proven experience of leasing
• Background as a senior management of the company
• Proficient in IFRS, JGAAP
• Skilled in SAP
• Business level English and Japanese
