経理コーディネーター/ Accounting Coordinator

A renowned hospitality company is looking for an Accounting Coordinator. The selected candidate will support accounting operations across payments, reconciliations, payroll data, tax filings, and financial administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage AR/AP, invoicing, receivables reconciliation, and overdue debtor follow-ups
• Handle bank transactions, reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and security checks
• Administer petty cash, floats, cash advances, credit cards, and expense claims
• Support payroll data, overtime tracking, payslip management, employee benefits, and insurance administration
• Coordinate tax payments, statutory filings, lease receivables/payables, and finance-related submissions
• Maintain accounting records, financial reports, data backups, and year-end/interim tax filing support

Requirements:

• Knowledge of intermediate accounting principles
• Professional level Japanese and English
