インボイストゥキャッシュマネージャー/ Invoice to Cash Manager

A leading international food and beverage company is looking for an Invoice to Cash Manager. The selected candidate will lead invoice-to-cash operations, improve AR performance, manage credit risk, and strengthen cash collection processes. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the AR, cash collection, TTM, invoicing, and claims teams
• Oversee invoice processing, payment clearing, deductions, dunning, and claims posting
• Manage customer credit risk, solvency checks, and credit insurance processes
• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete invoice issuance and delivery
• Track KPIs to improve Invoice to Cash efficiency and maintain clean AR balances
• Support cash forecasting, month-end accruals, internal controls, and finance projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (business administration or finance and accounting is a plus)
• More than 5 years of experience in finance and/or customer Service or centre of excellence
• More than 2 years of experience as people/team manager
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in spoken and written English
