シニアFP&Aアナリスト/ FP&A Senior Analyst

A global apparel company is looking for an FP&A Senior Analyst. The selected candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement across brand and business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Co-lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning activities
• Support quarterly and annual forecasts for revenue, gross profit, EBIT, and cash flow
• Conduct financial analysis to identify brand performance trends, risks, and anomalies
• Prepare accurate financial reports, presentations, and performance updates for stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal departments and HQ FP&A teams to align data and insights
• Recommend improvements to financial processes, systems, and reporting tools

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial reporting role
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Skilled in ERP systems and financial software
• Business level Japanese (English is ideal)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in fashion, retail and/or FMCG industry
• Interest in fashion and retail industry
