財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

An international retail company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, tax-related processes, and management reporting across local and group requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly accounting activities, including journal entries, A/P, A/R, prepaid expenses, and cash reconciliation
• Handle sales postings, invoice issuance, eCommerce sales checks, and cash collection reconciliation
• Oversee payment requests, reimbursements, corporate credit cards, and petty cash transactions
• Resolve SAP-related issues affecting sales orders, goods receipt, goods dispatch, and A/R statements
• Compile monthly group reporting packages, financial analyses, budgets, forecasts, and corporate templates
• Support audit, tax filings, IFRS16 lease tracking, and Japan GAAP to group reporting reconciliation

Requirements:

• Knowledge in accounting processes, reporting & statutory
• Understanding of taxation matters and familiarity with SAP AFS (finance module is ideal)
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
