FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A renowned apparel company is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will lead forecasting, budgeting, commercial planning, and financial reporting while supporting strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate forecasting and budgeting for the full P&L, including sales, margin, OpEx, and CapEx
• Lead the bi-annual commercial planning process across the business
• Prepare monthly reports comparing actual results against business plans
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending corrective actions when needed
• Provide strategic and commercial finance support to business teams
• Strengthen planning capabilities while staying closely engaged with operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in financing or accounting
• More than 5 years of experience in a relevant role (multinational organisation is ideal)
• Background in central finance functions in multi-national companies
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Business level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in ERP (SAP or Oracle)
• Understanding of retail, wholesale, apparel and/or luxury industry
