会計士/ Accountant

A global enterprise software company is looking for an Accountant. The selected candidate will support AR, AP, billing, month-end closing, reporting, tax-related tasks, and accounting process improvements. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Support accounting operations across AR, AP, tax, reporting, and related finance tasks
• Issue client invoices and verify billing details with internal stakeholders
• Manage AR activities, including payment application, balance tracking, aging, and collection follow-up
• Process supplier invoices, employee expenses, approvals, and payment-related matters
• Prepare journal entries, GL analyses, reconciliations, schedules, and monthly closing support
• Use financial systems and contribute to accounting process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting within a foreign-affiliated or multinational company
• Prior US and Japanese accounting knowledge
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Proficient in reading, written, and verbal English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess a valid USCPA qualification (or candidates currently pursuing USCPA certification)
