財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

A renewable energy company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will manage SPC financial operations, stakeholder reporting, budgets, audits, and asset management coordination. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, outsourcing firms, and finance teams
• Oversee SPC budgets in coordination with AM firms, O&M, and finance teams
• Handle insurance, payments, loans, dividends, and other SPC financial matters
• Coordinate contractual matters with legal and support audit responses with finance leadership
• Review monthly reports from AM firms, EPC contractors, and O&M partners
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on KPIs, budgets, cash flow, P&L, and asset performance

Requirements:

• More than 6 years of experience in Asset Management/SPC Management and relevant works
• Experience in accounting, tax, or analytical
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in renewable energy industry or financial industry
