BPCディレクター/ BPC Director

An international luxury retail company is looking for a BPC Director. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business analysis, internal controls, and team management to support strategic decision-making and business performance. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial and business analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles across the organisation
• Conduct P&L, KPI, variance, and profitability analysis to identify risks and opportunities
• Control operational expenses and drive cost-saving and efficiency initiatives
• Evaluate new store openings and lease renewals through financial simulations and Capex analysis
• Prepare financial and management reports and ensure accurate financial closing processes
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance planning team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above or equivalent
• 7-10 years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, or a similar senior-level role
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, business analysis, internal controls, and team management
• Excellent skills in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess a valid MBA qualification
