コマーシャルオフィサー/ Commercial Officer

A global financial services company is looking for a Commercial Officer. The selected candidate will support commercial operations by managing ETF creation and redemption processes, client onboarding, account administration, fee adjustments, and clearing-related activities in Japan. This is a hybrid setup and direct-contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ETF creation and redemption processes using Helios and CredNex
• Set up products and cut-off times for new ETFs
• Configure client information in related systems
• Respond to client enquiries
• Perform database queries for exchange fee adjustments
• Process exchange fee adjustments
• Conduct clearing fee checks
• Manage account set-up activities
• Perform client due diligence
• Support client onboarding processes
• Communicate with clients and issue exchange notifications
• Process off-exchange transactions through J-Net and Tosnet

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business-related field
• 5-7 years of experience in market knowledge and sales support within the financial industry
• Market knowledge
• Sales support experience in the financial industry
• Possess a valid JSDA Certificate
