営業アシスタント/ Sales Assistant
A global specialty instruments company is looking for a Sales Assistant. The chosen applicant will support sales operations and contract administration through quotations, scheduling, data management, reporting, documentation, and internal coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team and assist with contract-related administrative tasks
- Prepare quotations and submit them to customers
- Manage delivery schedules and follow up on progress
- Enter and maintain customer data in databases such as Salesforce.com
- Create reports and conduct simple data analysis using business data
- Prepare documentation related to purchasing, shipping, import/export, and technical service requests
- Provide general administrative support for sales activities
- Assist in preparing contracts through data entry and revisions using templates
- Manage and file contracts by organising and maintaining records
- Track contract progress, including execution status and renewal deadlines
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales and Legal
- Handle simple inquiries and internal coordination tasks
Requirements:
- Associate degree or above, or equivalent knowledge and experience
- More than 3 years of experience in sales administration, department assistance, or general administrative roles
- Proficient in MS Excel, including basic functions such as IF and SUM
- Ability to edit and update existing materials in Word and PowerPoint
- Native level Japanese; basic level English (TOEIC 600+)
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience using business systems such as Salesforce or Oracle
- Experience in contract administration or legal work
