セキュリティシステムプロジェクト シニアマネージャー/ Security System Project Sr Manager

A global luxury goods company is looking for a Security System Project Senior Manager/Manager. The selected candidate will lead the standardisation, tendering, rollout, and governance of boutique security systems across Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Lead tendering for CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, panic buttons, and related boutique security systems
• Develop tender documents, technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and standardised equipment requirements
• Manage vendor shortlisting, evaluation, negotiation, site surveys, installation schedules, and project delivery
• Oversee phased security system rollouts, post-installation reviews, documentation, and boutique team training
• Build and maintain a SharePoint-based intranet hub for policies, procedures, equipment records, and training materials
• Coordinate with boutique teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, leadership, and local authorities to ensure compliance and issue resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of project management experience
• Experience with security system vendors operating in the Japanese market
• Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a similar premium consumer environment
• Background in delivering technology or infrastructure projects on time and within Knowledge of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, and safes)
• Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint
• Skilled in Mirosoft 365
• Proficient in Japanese; business level written and verbal English
