営業スペシャリスト/ Sales Specialist
A multinational digital transformation services company is seeking a Sales Specialist. The selected candidate will lead business development activities, build executive-level client relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and deliver revenue growth across strategic enterprise accounts. This is a temp-to-perm role.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities and achieve revenue growth targets for Offshore Development Centre and SAP digital transformation offerings
- Identify and engage prospective enterprise clients across manufacturing, retail, and financial services sectors
- Build, nurture, and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across business and IT functions
- Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and internal stakeholders to design tailored solutions and commercial proposals
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification through contract negotiation and deal closure
- Represent the organisation in client meetings, industry conferences, and professional forums
Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling and delivering Offshore Development Centre solutions or large-scale managed service offerings
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP and its ecosystem
- Established network and relationships with enterprise clients in Japan
- Experience working with clients in manufacturing, retail, or financial services sectors
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to develop strategic client relationships at executive level
- Strong business development, sales, and contract negotiation skills
- Experience working within multinational or cross-cultural business environments
- Native level Japanese; fluent level English
