価格設定マネージャー/ Pricing Manager

A global manufacturing company is looking for a Pricing Manager. The selected candidate will lead pricing strategy, pricing intelligence, operational execution, and team leadership across multiple brands.

Responsibilities:

• Develop value-based pricing strategies aligned with market positioning, competition, and profitability targets
• Monitor monthly price performance and recommend corrective actions against approved pricing plans
• Implement promotional pricing processes with sales and finance teams
• Gather pricing insights from customers, sales teams, competitors, and external data sources
• Analyse customer behavior, price elasticity, and market trends to identify pricing opportunities
• Lead pricing teams while aligning local, regional, and global stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in related business or “hard” science fields
• Experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy or consulting
• Prior experience developing pricing strategies and rolling out pricing programs
• Proven experience in consumer products and/or B2B environments
• Background in multi-cultural environments
• Prior background managing several distributions channels / targeting different end consumer segments
• Understanding of pricing concepts (pricing waterfall, pricing hydraulics, rebates, discounts, and RRP)
• Fluent level English, Mandarin, and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Possess a valid postgraduate qualification
