営業マネージャー/ Sales Manager
A global security solutions company is looking for a Sales Manager. The successful candidate will drive business development, manage strategic customer relationships, expand sales channels, and deliver revenue growth across Japan while supporting regional commercial initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned business objectives, customer commitments, and financial, operational, and technical targets
- Develop key customer accounts and sales channels within data centres, critical infrastructure, and government-driven sectors
- Build and manage key account project pipelines, drive project opportunities, and convert sales pipelines into orders
- Engage industry regulators, security consultants, specifiers, and end users to promote perimeter security solutions
- Identify and develop partnerships with EPCs, system integrators, project partners, and distribution partners
- Develop and execute strategic business, territory, and account plans, partner programmes, and quarterly business reviews
- Manage installer relationships and coordinate multiple project opportunities
- Identify customer needs and create recurring and upselling opportunities to maximise long-term customer value
- Promote the company's global product and solution portfolio to customers across Asia
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve commercial goals and support regional strategies
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in sales within the physical security and/or civil engineering industry
- Experience managing customers in critical infrastructure sectors such as data centres, transportation, airports, ports, energy, oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, or industrial industries
- Experience managing multiple projects and distribution partners simultaneously
- Experience engaging and managing construction general contractors and/or engineering and procurement contractors
- Strong business development, key account management, relationship management, solution selling, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Japan and the Asia Pacific region
- Fluent level Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience working with security system integrators
- Experience working in a start-up environment
