事業開発担当/ Business Development Representative
An international technology company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR). The selected candidate will identify, qualify, and nurture leads, execute sales development strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive pipeline growth through outbound and inbound engagement. This is a remote setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and engage prospective customers through calls, emails, social media, and networking
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in CRM platforms
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts with campaigns
- Track, analyse, and report on lead generation metrics and conversion rates
- Refine outreach strategies based on market feedback
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM tools and prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proficient in Japanese and English (Korean, Thai, or Vietnamese0
