営業開発担当/ Sales Development Representative
An international SaaS company is looking for a Sales Development Representative. The selected applicant will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, qualifying inbound leads, and supporting early-stage sales conversations. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and drive pipeline in the Japan market
- Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads efficiently
- Engage in high-level conversations with executives and decision-makers
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Set up meetings and calls between prospects and sales representatives
- Achieve or exceed monthly lead generation quotas
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance to the sales manager
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of experience in a sales or related environment
- Strong ability to understand customer requirements and solve problems
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Native level Japanese
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proficient in English
