人事サービスチームリーダー/ HR Services Team Leader

A global healthcare solutions company is looking for an HR Services Team Leader. The selected candidate will oversee HR service delivery, employee lifecycle operations, benefits administration, process improvement, and team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR service delivery and coordinate local and remote resources supporting Japan
• Oversee employee lifecycle administration, HR documentation, data management, and regulatory compliance
• Manage pension, insurance, housing, relocation, allowance, and employee benefit processes
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, external vendors, government agencies, and regional teams
• Improve HR operations through automation, standardised processes, digital tools, and service metrics
• Strengthen service continuity through workload planning, cross-training, risk management, and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of local labor laws
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level reading, spoken, and written English
